To order, specify '-MF' for connector pair, '-M' for male connector only, or '-F' for female connector only. To order ferrite core, add Suffix '-FT' to model number and add £0.80 per male connector to price. See page 34 for description and suggested usage of ferrite cores.
Note: Ferrite core only available in male connector. When ordering a pair (MF) a standard female connector is provided.
Ordering Example: HMPW-K-MF-FT, type K connector pair with integral ferrite core, £4.20 + 0.80 = £5.00. ÝJ,K,T,E,R,S and B are ANSI designations. OMEGALLOY is generically known as Nicrosil-Nisil. Note: Type U (uncompensated) connectors are used with type B thermocouples (Pt/6%Rh-Pt/30%Rh). Male connectors provided with Teflon and stainless steel washers (to guarantee good contact without damaging fine wires) and with blank brass bushing to which protection tubes are easily soldered or brazed. Additional packages of bushings with Teflon and steel washers are available. Model BB-SMP-5, (pkg. of 5), £0.80.
